CORPORATE OVERVIEW

SeNet International Corporation (SeNet) headquartered in Fairfax, VA, was founded in 1998 to address the relatively new field of IT security. In the ensuing years we have developed a significant expertise in all aspects of information and network security, including risk analysis, security program development, system vulnerability assessment, security solutions design and implementation, certification and accreditation, compliance verification, continuity of operations and technical contingency planning, and security operations.  We have provided our expert assistance to multiple Government and commercial clients, and they can attest to our superior performance.

Most SeNet’s technical staff possess academic degrees in relevant fields such as computer science, electrical engineering and business administration, with many having advanced degrees and industry certifications (CISSP, CAP, MCSE, CSSLP, etc.).

SeNet corporate organization is fairly flat, flexible and heavily matrixed as shown in the Figure below.

The Security Engineering division is responsible for security operations, security solutions development, vulnerability analysis and penetration testing. the Information Assurance division is primarily involved in the Certification and Accreditation and compliance assessment activities, risk analysis, security policies and procedures development, business and functional requirements, etc. Some SeNet employees perform equally well in both engineering and analytical roles. The Secure Applications Engineering division is working with either software development vendors or Government program managers to ensure that the system will be compliant with FISMA requirements and that Government information is protected on the first day of the system's operation.
