Toly Kozushin - President

|
Toly holds an MS in Electrical Engineering and a BS in Electronics, both from a Moscow, Russia technical school.
Mr. Kozushin has over thirty years of experience in video, data and voice telecommunications, strong industry and technical knowledge, analytical ability, and solid organizational and managerial skills. His specific expertise is in the areas of business requirements assessment, systems architecture and management, Government and commercial contract management, engineering management, and product development.
While at I-NET, Inc. of Bethesda, Maryland, Mr. Kozushin provided technical leadership on a large number of government and commercial bids with a win rate of over 50%. He played key roles in large scale outsourcing bids, including due diligence, pricing, transition planning and implementation. He assisted a number of Fortune 500 clients in strategic planning of their IT infrastructure, and in the development of IT architecture.
At Scientific-Atlanta, Inc. of Atlanta, GA, Mr. Kozushin was one of the originators of the company's consumer products business line that included CATV set-top terminals.
Mr. Kozushin served on multiple standards groups, such as IEEE, ANSI and ISO. He is one of the authors of the IEEE 802 series of standards. He holds three patents and authored over 20 papers.
Among Mr. Kozushin's clients are several US Government agencies (USDA, INS, DISA, DOJ, US Navy, etc.), Melville Corporation, Merrill Lynch, Chemical Bank, Norfolk Southern Corporation, St. John Health System, Ralcorp, and many more.

Ilan Katz - CEO

|
Ilan Katz, co-founder of SeNet International Corporation, serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. In this role, Mr. Katz is responsible for corporate development and strategic leadership of the organization. He also mentors and advises SeNet staff members on professional and career issues. Prior to SeNet, Mr. Katz served in a number of technology management positions with systems integrator I-Net Inc. and Internet service provider UUNet, among others.
Mr. Katz graduated from Virginia Tech with a Masters degree in Computer Science. He also possesses an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering. With over twenty years of experience at all levels within the Information Technology (IT) services and government contracting industries, Mr. Katz acquired expertise in IT security technology and Federal security regulations, which he applied in numerous consulting engagements with SeNet's Federal and Private Sector clients. He maintains strong relations with the leading vendors in the information security arena and is often consulted by market research firms, vendors and customer.

Gary Alfano - Vice President, Business Development

Gary received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Providence College and is active in industry associations such as HIMSS and PMI.
Mr. Alfano has 30 years of experience in managing large, complex government and commercial Health Information Technology (HIT) initiatives for a number of clients providing program management, planning, implementation, and evaluation. His federal customer base has included CDC, CMS, HHS, HRSA, ACF, GAO, GSA, VA, and the U.S. Postal Service. He brings strong operational expertise and visionary leadership to SeNet International and to his customers.
Mr. Alfano’s prior experience includes managing several hundred IT projects–including 32 simultaneous projects with up to 200 direct and indirect reports (sub-contractors)–for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid. He has managed a 25 million dollar annual contract for the General Services Administration, a Center of Excellence for a major software integrator, and achieved CMMI ML 3 for several contracts. Mr. Alfano’s project team received the Contractor of the Year three times for their support of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Administration for Children and Families (ACF). His teams have supported key agency initiatives for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) such as the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR) and IT surveillance for salmonella and E coli.
At SeNet International, Mr. Alfano is responsible for business development and growing SeNet’s core competencies of IT Security Operations, Network Support and Application Development. In addition he is responsible for strategic planning, cost estimation, and risk mitigation activities required for all HIT projects.

Nelson Ros - Director, Security Analysis

Mr. Ros a resourceful and team oriented senior executive with three decades of progressive experience with the U.S. Department of Defense , Civilian Federal agencies , and private industry. He is internationally recognized for his Organizational Development skills and has extensive experience in Information Technology Security. He is widely recognized through a broad network of security, government and law enforcement contacts in the U.S. and international venues. Mr. Ros holds Bachelor of Electrical/Electronic Engineering degree and numerous department of Defense specialized training certificates.
Prior to joining SeNet International; Mr. Ros has held numerous senior leadership positions including; President of a 3 million dollar 8-A Certified Information Assurance company; Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for STG’ and Deputy CIO of the United States Naval Academy. Mr. Ros was a 2002 nominee for the Info World CTO of the Year.
As SeNet’s Director of Information Assurance Mr. Ros provides expert assistance in the execution of C&A PROJECTS for multiple Federal clients. Conducts security reviews and risk assessments using Federal guidelines (FISCAM, FIPS, OMB 127, 130, FISMA), and Department of Defense regulations. Leveraging his extensive experience and Department of Defense certifications as a Master Training Specialist (MTS); Mr. Ros has developed over 200 hours of course instruction materials specifically targeting instructor led, group based Certification and Accreditation training for our government and commercial clients.

Gus Fritschie - Director, Engineering and Security Assessments

Gus received his BS degree from the Mary Washington University.
Mr. Fritschie has been involved in the field of information security for over ten years. He began his career in information technology (IT) as a system administrator for a growing financial company. It was there that he gained a fundamental understanding of all aspects of IT, including network security.
Mr. Fritschie then joined the information security consulting practices of both KPMG and Deloitte and Touche. He led and performed numerous vulnerability assessments and penetration tests in support of financial audits, GISRA (now FISMA), and other compliance related efforts. Clients included fortune 500 companies, civilian agencies, and DOD.
Since joining SeNet as the Director of Engineering and Security Assessments, Gus has led several large-scale projects. Some of these projects included enterprise-wide vulnerability assessments for multiple government and commercial clients, management of the Certification and Accreditation efforts, and web application penetration tests.
Gus has multiple industry certifications including the CISSP and CAP.

Tom Volpe - Director, Secure Applications Engineering

Tom received both his MS and BS from Loyola College in Baltimore Maryland.
Tom joined SeNet in 2008 to head up SeNet’s new Secure Applications Engineering Division and develop methodologies and processes to help secure Web applications. Mr. Volpe has more than 25 years of experience in software development projects (as a programmer, manager and tester). He is responsible for the development of Secure Coding Initiatives (SCI) and Secure System Lifecycle procedures and processes for agencies of the Federal government. He has hands-on experience in a variety of programming languages, rapid application development tools and database applications. He also has vast experience as a Senior C&A AIS lead and Senior Security Engineer.
Tom led the effort in engineering and development of a full life cycle Certification and Accreditation management product that supports government agencies in using technology to facilitate all phases of the C & A process. Tom was one of the primary engineers and implemented the (DCS) DIAD Control System and communications subsystems for the DIAD, (Delivery Information Acquisition Device) a hand held device currently in use by UPS drivers worldwide (20,000+) to capture information and customer signature images and track deliveries.

John Sapp - Director, Business Development

John P. Sapp joined SeNet Corp in August of 2006 as Director of Business Development. In this position he is responsible for the generation of new business and growth of SeNet’s core competencies. He has over 20 years of business development experience and over a decade of experience in the Federal environment. He understands the inherent Information Technology challenges that face all US Government Agencies. He is instrumental in bringing solutions to the fore-front that address the customers’ problems and needs or open up new possibilities that the customer had not been aware of. John is active in industry associations such as AFCEA, The ASBC and the Chamber.
Since 1996, he has worked with the U.S. Government applying his vast experience towards the inherent Information Technology challenges that face Government Agencies today. He is instrumental in analysing customer problems and needs and bringing solutions to the forefront that address them, as well as highlighting new possibilities that the customer might not previously considered.
