| Toly Kozushin - President |
Toly holds an MS in Electrical Engineering and a BS in Electronics, both from a Moscow, Russia technical school..
Mr. Kozushin has over thirty years of experience in video, data and voice telecommunications, strong industry and technical knowledge, analytical ability, and solid organizational and managerial skills. His specific expertise is in the areas of business requirements assessment, systems architecture and management, Government and commercial contract management, engineering management, and product development.
While at I-NET, Inc. of Bethesda, Maryland, Mr. Kozushin provided technical leadership on a large number of government and commercial bids with a win rate of over 50%. He played key roles in large scale outsourcing bids, including due diligence, pricing, transition planning and implementation. He assisted a number of Fortune 500 clients in strategic planning of their IT infrastructure, and in the development of IT architecture.
At Scientific-Atlanta, Inc. of Atlanta, GA, Mr. Kozushin was one of the originators of the company's consumer products business line, that included CATV set-top terminals manufactured at a rate of 80,000 per month.
Mr. Kozushin served on multiple standards groups, such as IEEE, ANSI and ISO. He is one of the authors of the IEEE 802 series of standards. He holds three patents and authored over 20 papers.
Among Mr. Kozushin's clients are several US Government agencies (USDA, INS, DISA, DOJ, US Navy, etc.), Melville Corporation, Merrill Lynch, Chemical Bank, Norfolk Southern Corporation, St. John Health System, Ralcorp, and many more.

| Ilan Katz - CEO |
Ilan earned an MS in Computer Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute, Blacksburg VA and B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Ben Gurion University, Beer-Sheva, Israel.
Mr. Katz's professional experience includes many different areas in the Computer Services industry.
As the head Security Products and Services at UUNET, Mr. Katz had bottom line responsibility for deriving planned revenues from such activities as firewall systems sales, security consulting and technical support.
Mr. Katz led Internet consulting and implementation services in his role of Director of Internet Services at I-NET Inc.
A network security expert, Mr. Katz analyzed clients' networks and Internet access vulnerabilities, developed Internet access security policies and set up access control systems (firewalls). Mr. Katz has implemented network security systems based on products such as Check Point Software Firewall-1, Borderware Secure Internet Gateway, PGPNiacrypt, Cylink, RSA and others.
Mr. Katz was instrumental in setting up the Global Router Network for Citicorp and its Network Operations Center in Silver Spring MD. In this capacity, Mr. Katz configured and setup network nodes consisting of Cabletron Hubs and Cisco routers, installed and configured network management systems and defined procedures for operations management.
Mr. Katz maintains strong relations with the leading vendors in the network security arena. He possesses an in-depth understanding of the market and is often consulted by market research firms, vendors and customers.

Alan Yuriditsky - CAP, Director, Information Assurance Analysis

Alan received a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Studies/Education from New York University and a Masters Degree in International Relations/Asian Studies from Fairleigh Dickenson University.
Mr. Yuriditsky's extensive professional experience is focused on the fields of the Information Assurance, Intelligence, and Security. He is a member of PMI and has demonstrated his leadership skills in numerous activities throughout his career.
During his tenure at SeNet, Mr. Yuriditsky has led numerous information assurance projects for Government organizations. These included numerous C&A projects and contingency planning and vulnerability mitigation strategy development. Mr. Yuriditsky has authored a number of information assurance-related papers to advance industry best practices in this field.
As an information assurance expert for IntelliDyne, LLC, Mr. Yuriditsky lead activities that encompassed functional, technical, and programmatic assessments for health care technology research projects. Mr. Yuriditsky was Project Manager for IV&V studies on several IT products.
Mr. Yuriditsky was a key contributor to numerous national security activities during his time with the Defense Intelligence Agency. In his last assignment, he was chief of a division that analyzed foreign WMD programs. He also managed his office’s IT program and its website development. Mr. Yuriditsky was a member of various DoD, Joint Staff, and Intelligence Community policy and planning committees. |
Gus Fritschie - CISSP, CAP, Director, Engineering and Security Assessments

Gus received his BS degree from the Mary Washington University.
Mr. Fritschie has been involved in the field of information security for over ten years. Mr. Fritschie began his career in information technology (IT) as a system administrator for a growing financial company. It was here that he gained a fundamental understanding concerning all aspects of IT, including security.
Mr. Fritschie then joined the information security consulting practices of both KPMG and Deloitte and Touche. He led and performed numerous vulnerability assessments and penetration tests in support of financial audits, GISRA (now FISMA), and other compliance related efforts. Clients included fortune 500 companies, civilian agencies, and DOD.
Since joining SeNet as the Director of Engineering and Security Assessments he has led several large-scale projects. Some of these projects included enterprise-wide vulnerability assessments for multiple government and commercial clients, management of the Certification and Accreditation efforts, and web application penetration tests.
Mr. Fritschie has a wide range of security certifications including the CISSP and CAP. |
| John Sapp - Director, Business Development |
John P. Sapp joined SeNet Corp in August of 2006 as Director of Business Development. In this position he is responsible for both the generation of new business and growth of SeNet’s core competencies, Information Security Operations and support, along with Network Operations. He has over 20 years of business development experience and over a decade of experience in the Federal environment. Since 1996 he has worked with the US federal Government both directly and indirectly to understand the inherent Information Technology challenges that face all US Government Agencies. He is instrumental in bringing solutions to the fore-front that address the customers’ problems and needs or open up new possibilities that the customer had not been aware of. John is active in industry associations such as AFCEA, The ASBC and the Chamber.
John is an avid golfer and currently resides in Warrenton, Virginia with his wife Karen, son Tanner and daughters Caroline and Lucy May. |
